Today in science we learned about high and low pressure systems and their effect on our weather. The high pressure system spins in a clockwise direction and pushes air  away. This usually causes clear skies, higher temperatures and good weather. The low pressure systems, on the other hand, suck in air and spin in a counter clockwise movement. Low pressure systems cause storms, cloudy weather and usually lower temperatures.
